We require a 25% payment to confirm any rental. The 75% balance must be paid 30 days prior to the collection of the vehicle. If you book your vehicle less than two weeks before collection, we require the full payment to confirm a booking.

The minimum rental age is 25 years with a valid driver’s license for more than 3 years.
Subject to a surcharge payable, we allow drivers between the ages of 23 and 25, if the driver has held their license for more than 3 years.
Our minimum rental period is 5 days.
Yes, you can book and collect a vehicle on the same day, subject to availability. Delays can occur for last minute bookings as the vehicles need to be prepared and inspected before rentals.
Ideally, bookings should be made 3 days before pick-up to facilitate full preparation of the vehicle.
Cancellation fees are based on the total of the reservation value and are subject to the following cancellation terms:
– 31 days before collection date: No cancellation fee
– 15 to 30 days before collection date: 25% cancellation fee
– 1 to 15 days before collection date and/or No Show:100% cancellation fee
Monday to Friday pick-up and drop-off times are between 8am and 4pm.
Pre-arranged Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays between 8am and 4pm, subject to a once-off fee.
Yes, you can collect and return the vehicle at any of our branches (subject to a one-way fee).

No, our vehicles do not have tow bars.
Our sleeping bags can accommodate you comfortably in temperatures up to -3 degrees Celsius.
Our Toyota Double Cabs and Single Cabs have long range fuel tanks.
None of these vehicles have two batteries.
Yes, our Toyota Fortuners have 7 seats.
Our camp-ready vehicles come with a fridge. Our other 4×4/SUV vehicles are not equipped to operate our fridges. We suggest you go to any major store and purchase a cooler box that can be plugged into a cigarette lighter port.
